Breakfast~

Today, while I was tempted to eat a Timmies tea bun wither butter (~350cal), I instead had a bowl of cereal with strawberries :D (160cal!)

I’m happy I’m finally “living the lifestyle” as it were~

Good day!! :D

So today, classes ended super early (Like 11AM xD) so me and a few friends went out to Wendy’s for lunch! I was tempted to get a burger (I ADORE their Baconator), upsized fries, upsized soda and a large frosty…

Which would be 2370cal.

WHICH BOGGLES MY MIND

That’s basically two days worth of food in ONE sitting.

Whereas today, I got a half-sized Apple Pecan Chicken Salad, and a value sized fries… 570cal.

I felt SO satisfied, and I didn’t even mind that my friends got junk food, whereas I know months ago, I would be drooling over their food. xD

And then later, I convinced them to go for an hour and a half walk with me, given that it’s nearly 30C here!! :D

Having a SUPER delicious breakfast wrap~

I was tempted to have a chocolate peanut butter square, but I thought about it and realized I just wanted something sweet and salty… So I cut up 1/2 a cup of strawberries, and with 1 and 1/2 tbsp of crunch peanut butter and some cinnamon, I put it all on a wholewheat wrap… Craving gone! :D

I’m gonna start my workout in 20 minutes too! :)

I’m gonna be SUPER strict for the next little while, I’m GOING to reach my May goal, tho I’m extending the aim into the first week of June as well. xD

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are Jillian Michaels’ Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and Killer Buns and Thighs

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are Jillian Michaels’ 6 Week Six Pack and Shred With Weights

Sundays are a rest day, which works well given I still have classes and such, annnnd, it means I can start it tomorrow!

A good kick in the pants!

So, back up to 173lbs. :( I thought I had done well, but… Apparently not!

While it does suck (I have to lose 4lbs to make this month’s goal!!), it is kinda the kick that I need.

I have yet to do up a workout schedule, but I’m working on it now! :)

May 2-4 :D

Rest day for me~

I had Subway (Ham, lettuce and cucumbers on wholewheat bread) for breakfast, then some steak and artichoke hearts for lunch, and a chicken salad for supper~

I made sure to eat well cause I’m having two-three drinks tonight! xD

Mini goal!

I biked 11.75km in 1:15 yesterday

Today, I wanna bike 12km in 1:00 :D

I was REALLY upset earlier (Angry and crying, ahhhh!) but instead of mope around as I usually do, I went for a bike ride instead! :)

Feeling like I was tossed through a too-hot dryer for an hour, but I feel awesome! :D

I was wondering how much water I should drink in a day, given it’s something I honestly struggle with. xD
