New workout schedule!

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are Jillian Michaels’ Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and Killer Buns and Thighs

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are Jillian Michaels’ 6 Week Six Pack and Shred With Weights

Veeeery excited!! :D

Sundays are a rest day, which works well given I still have classes and such, annnnd, it means I can start it tomorrow!

A good kick in the pants!

So, back up to 173lbs. :( I thought I had done well, but… Apparently not!

While it does suck (I have to lose 4lbs to make this month’s goal!!), it is kinda the kick that I need.

I have yet to do up a workout schedule, but I’m working on it now! :)

Proud~

I was REALLY upset earlier (Angry and crying, ahhhh!) but instead of mope around as I usually do, I went for a bike ride instead! :)

11.75km later….. xD

Feeling like I was tossed through a too-hot dryer for an hour, but I feel awesome! :D

Helpful for water intake!

I was wondering how much water I should drink in a day, given it’s something I honestly struggle with. xD

Biking to and from school

Gonna try it for the first time tomorrow, I’m pretty nervous!

According to Google Maps, it’s 5.1KM, which is a fair distance to me! I biked 6.5KM today in around 45 minutes, but that was there and back, whereas the 5.1km is one way!

Anyways… Wish me luck!! :)

11C today, so I went for a bike ride! :D

45 minutes later, DRIPPING sweat! xD

Now to start the 6 Week Six Pack, and the corset work out….

WOO! I’m SO motivated, I know I can do this!!

I did gain back 2lbs from all the food I ate over Easter weekend, tho I know it was probably undigested food and not having drank enough water… Oh well! I know I can do this!!!

No More Gym xD

So, I decided not to join the gym! Besides being nearly 60$ a month (That’s almost 2$ a day, assuming I went every day) annnd, I just didn’t like it. I didn’t it that my heart rate dropped between machines given that I had to wipe each one down, and the guys in the free weight area were less then polite when I settled down on a bench to one side of a few guys.

And this kinda odd guy followed me around too. @_@ Every time I started to set up a machine to use, he’d go to the one next to me, hammer out like 3 reps on a SUPER high weight, gasp for air, then move to the one across from me, do the same, then the one on the other side of me to do it again. I honestly got weirded out! D:

Anyways, I just found that my at home workouts have been free, and a lot more effective for me! :)

Gym Workouts?

I’m going to a gym today… And I’ve just realized that I have NO idea what order to do things in! xDD;

I only have 4 days left on Ripped in 30, and I’m ashamed to say that I didn’t push myself as hard as I would of liked with it!

Can’t dwell on that now, so I’ve picked out my next workouts!

All Jillian Michaels of course~

  • No More Trouble Zones
  • 6 Week Six Pack
  • Killer Buns and Thighs (Typing this made my bum hurt! xDD)

I’ll admit, I’m DREADING Killer Buns and Thighs… Oh well!
